Great Cormorant

The Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) is the largest in its family. These birds swim well underwater in their hunt for fish. After a swim, Great Cormorants will stand in the sun with their wings outstretched to dry off. Great Cormorants used to be known as Black Cormorants
